In the latter part of 2022, the time came for me to sell my house, where I had lived since 1962. This was not an easy or pleasant endeavor.
I was not familiar with any real estate agency; however, Kelli Guidry was highly recommended. I told the person who knew her, to call and see if she wanted the job. Kelli's reply was "I would be honored to help her with her house".
A little over two months later I was the "Honored " person, for having met Kelli. Her first visit was very informative.
She showed exceptional knowledge about the real estate business, which helped me with the ordeal of selling my house. She suggested a listing price, with which I disagreed! She reassured me it was my house, my decision.
Unfortunately, we went with my price. After three weeks, With no showings, I agreed on her price, and the house sold within five weeks. Kelli is not in the business just to sell your house for her personal gain.
When you need to talk, she is always there to listen. She will work non-stop to get you the best possible results on selling your home. She becomes a good friend, and a supporter (in my case, a family member).
Unfortunately, many things were going on in my life. I was not an easy client to represent. By the time my house was sold, with my full agreement on everything. I realized Kelli had not only sold my house.
